Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping areas
We deliver within Egypt. Insert available locations or out of zone areas
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (for in-stock items) before handover to our courier. Some items (preorders or large appliances) may have longer lead times noted on the product page.
3.Delivery timelines
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days depending on the shipping address and product.
4.Shipping charges
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service (standard/express). Promotional free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.
5. Tracking your order
Once shipped you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS/Whatsapp.
6. Failed delivery & redelivery attempts
Couriers will make up to [X] delivery attempts (usually 2–3) before returning the package to our facility. If returned, the order may be refunded (minus return shipping) or reshipped at buyer cost depending on the reason.
7. Delivery acceptance & inspection
Please inspect the package at delivery. If it appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact customer support immediately. If you accept a damaged package, notify us within 24 hours and keep all packaging for inspection.
8. Lost or delayed shipments
If your order is lost/delayed, contact support. We will coordinate with the courier to locate the package and will provide a replacement or refund if necessary after the carrier’s investigation.
9. Special delivery instructions
- You can add delivery notes at checkout (e.g., building access). However, we’re not responsible for delivery to inaccessible locations if the courier cannot reach the address.
- Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from confirmation.
- Delivery fees vary based on location, product weight, and courier service.
- If the courier cannot reach the customer after [X] attempts, the order may be cancelled.
